Day 1: Hanoi arrival

Welcome to Hanoi. Welcome on arrival at Noi Bai airport and transfer to your hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is at your leisure. Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Hanoi city tour join in a group tour (B, L)

AM: 7.45 – 8.15: Free pick up at your hotel. Then visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum to explore the architectural and historical aspects of Uncle Ho’s final resting place. Just next door is Ho Chi Minh’s house on stilts and lying to one side of the Mausoleum is the One Pillar Pagoda, which was founded by King Ly Thai To in 1049 – the structure has become an important symbol for the people of Hanoi. Then continue on to the Buddhist Tran Quoc Pagoda at West Lake (One of the oldest pagodas in Vietnam). Then visit Bat Trang pottery village (applied on Mon, Wed & Fri). Lunch at a local restaurant.

PM: After lunch proceed to visit the Ethnology Museum (apply on Sun, Tue, Thu & Sat), the Literature Temple and Quoc Tu Giam, see Vietnam’s first university, constructed in 1070 – it’s gardens and well-preserved architecture will offer a relaxing glimpse into Vietnam’s past. Take you past Hoan Kiem Lake to see the peaceful waters and the beauty of Ngoc Son temple. In the end, journey through Hanoi’s Old Quarter, where you’ll then have a chance for some shopping and exploration. Then watch the water puppet show. Back to the hotel. Night in Hanoi

Day 3: Hanoi – Halong Bay (B, L, D) by shuttle bus

After breakfast at the hotel, leave the hustle and bustle of Hanoi and depart for another stunning land of Halong Bay – the UNESCO Heritage Site which is famous for thousands of islands scattering over the Gulf of Tonkin. Visiting the bay, you will immerse in the endless charm of different types of scenery. Once at the pier, embark on a beautiful boat for an overnight cruise on the magical bay. Staying onboard, you are also offered a great chance to savor a special menu of fresh seafood in the natural beauty of limestone formations.

Lunch, dinner, and overnight on board.

Day 4: Halong – Hanoi (B, L)

Take a great chance to wake up early this morning to unwind in the morning views of the bay at its best. Morning is a great time to admire the breathtaking views of the bay in the glitter of sun rays shining down to the water surface. After lunch on board, take the last chance to enjoy the impressive views of the beautiful limestone as the ship cruises through the bay. After getting to the harbor, transfer back to Hanoi. Dinner on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 5: Hanoi – DaNang – Hoi An (B, L) by flight

Free to relax until being transferred without the guide to the airport for a short flight to Danang. Once arrival, you will be taken to the hotel in Hoian for check-in. After a short rest, set off your beautiful walking tour around this ancient port town. As the national trading center in the 16th century, Hoi An is home to the diversity of ancient streets and homes. Take a leisurely stroll around the exceptional cobblestone streets to admire the hundred-century old Chinese houses. The leisurely trip offers you a great opportunity to see the ancient houses built in the mix of Chinese, Japanese, French and European architectural influences. You will be taken to some incredible places in Hoian including the hundred- year – old Japanese Bridge, the Phuc Kien Hall, and the local fish market.

DAY 6: Hoi An free day (B)

Today is free for you to explore the enchanting city on your own or just enjoy your time on the beach. Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 7: Hoi An – DaNang – HoChiMinh – CuChi tunnels join in a group tour (B)

At the good time this morning, you will be transferred to the airport (without tour guide) for a short flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Once arrival, you will be warmly welcomed and transferred to the hotel to check-in. The room will be at your disposal from 14.00 PM.

12h30 The trip to Cu Chi will take approximately one and a half hours bus driving.

Upon arrival, before exploring the tunnels, you will have some short introduction followed by introductory video about how the tunnels were constructed and how the people survived in the harsh conditions of the wartime. Then, spend your time to explore the remaining area and tunnel systems which included the special constructed living areas with kitchens, bedrooms side by side with other martial facilities like storage, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers helping whoever lives inside the tunnels meet their basic needs. Besides, there are also many hidden trap doors and dangerous traps within the maze-like tunnels for security purposes during the war. Afterward, special tea and cassava (guerilla’s food during the war) will be served. Break time to relaxing or time for those who want to try the real shooting gun.

DAY 8: HoChiMinh – Mekong delta join in a group tour (B, L)

7:30 AM Leaving the hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Minh City and start your trip to depart for My Tho, the town lies on the left side of the Mekong River. Boarding the sampan and cruising down the river around the four beautiful islands known as Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix and Tortoise islands. Stopover at Unicorn Island, go walking around country lane and seeing orchards, enjoy tropical fruits, folk song music performed by the local people. Visit the fruit plantation. Riding a hand-rowed sampan through Thoi Son canal and treat yourself in the beauty of the countryside, visit the family business, visit honey-bee farm, enjoy honey tea and coconut candy workshop. Have lunch at a local restaurant. Break time. In the afternoon, time for cycling around the Tan Thach village, meet the local villagers to experience the local daily life in the Mekong Delta. Hammock relaxing and enjoy cool breeze for those can’t join the cycling trip. Return to Ho Chi Minh City

Day 9: Hochiminh – Siemreap (B) by flight

Enjoy your last hours in Ho Chi Minh city until you be picked up and transferred to the airport for your flight to Siem Reap, Cambodia. The room is at your disposal until noon at 12.00 AM. Upon arrival, you will be picked up and taken to the hotel to check-in. Siem Reap is home to the UNESCO world heritage – Angkor Wat as well as a place to enjoy high – end dining, spas, etc.

DAY 10: Siemreap tour (B, L)

Today, you have plenty of time to delve into the rich history of the region with a visit to the exceptional Angkor Wat – the most famous and largest temple complex in Cambodia and in the world as well. The complex is considered the architectural masterpiece thanks to its perfection in composition, balance, proportions, reliefs, and sculpture. In the afternoon, continue your discovery by visiting Angkor Thom which is no doubt the expression of the highest genius. The stunning architecture of the structure in all dimensions challenges the talent of any painters. From the structure, continue onto the nearby Terrace of Elephants with 300 meters long through the core of Angkor Thom. This impressive structure is adorned with carved elephants and garudas spanning the front of Baphuon. Take a few steps to the terrace of the Leper King a double terrace located at the north end of the Terrace of the Elephants.
Head back to the hotel. Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 11: Siemreap free day (B)
Today is at your leisure to explore the city on your own. Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 12: Siemreap – airport transfer (B)

Free to relax before transferring to the airport (without guide) for your departure flight. Meals on your own.
